We did it!

We are delighted to announce that after months of preparation, planning, and completing all the required documentation, we have successfully finalized all registration procedures.
The Genesys Student Research Group is officially beginning its activity at the Cracow University of Technology.

A key moment in the process of legalizing our group was receiving positive evaluations from the authorities of our faculty.
We would like to sincerely thank them for their support and approval of our initiative:

• Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications – Dr. hab. Eng. Paweł Pławiak, Prof. PK and IITiS PAN
• Head of the Department of Computer Science – Dr. Radosław Kyć

Thanks to their support, we are now officially listed in the university’s register of student research groups.

Who creates Genesys?

The academic quality of our activities and our development are supervised by
the Group Advisor – Dr. Eng. Wojciech Książek, whose support is invaluable to us.

The organization is led by Gabriela Obrzud – a second-year Computer Science student, elected as President of the Group.
She, together with the board, will coordinate our upcoming projects.

Although we are officially starting today, the spirit of Genesys was born much earlier.
We have been informally shaping our structure and vision since November 2023.

This time allowed us to build a solid foundation – today, our group already consists of
18 ambitious members, passionate about new technologies, ready to learn and take action.

This is only the beginning of our journey.
